We experienced some difficulties with the machine when we first got it as well as some slight damage (in transit – through no fault of the companies).

Engineer was sent out the same day and the telephone support has been brilliant.

We purchased an ice cream machine from Beverage Genius in late 2025. We were replacing an old machine and have been serving whippy for a decade, so wanted to use that experience to get the perfect machine for the next decade so took a good year to look at the market and settle on the Giotto that was eventually supplied. Mark was so helpful in letting us know the pros and cons of the machine and was patient and honest. The machine has been with us for a couple of months now and we are loving it. The service from beginning to end was fantastic.
