Multiple or individual on-site installations – We can help! For a one-off installation or a multiple on-going or staged ‘roll-out’ use Beverage Genius™ to either supplement your existing team or operate on your behalf to help meet your deadlines.

Most beverage equipment requires planned and/or preventative servicing maintenance over a period of time. Beverage Genius™ can help with one-off visits or tailor a service contract in line with your needs.

Do you have an idea or product that needs developing? - we can help!

We have worked with many customers on NPD (New Product Development). If you have a new idea or concept but are not sure how to bring it to the market, or have a product and are looking for a new/different method of dispense then talk to us! Service and After-Care packages

All our new machines come with up to 2 years warranty as standard. For additional peace of mind, we offer a range of after-care packages to cover routine servicing and maintenance or repairs that fall outside of standard warranty cover (e.g. faults due to user error). We also offer after-care packages for equipment you may already own.

This is a 3-year plan that includes the following:

  • One on-site equipment service visit per year
  • 5% discount on Beverage Genius™ products and spare parts

For additional care

Premium PACKAGE

This is a 3-year plan that includes the following:

  • Two on-site equipment service visits per year
  • 5% discount on Beverage Genius™ products and spare parts

For full coverage

Premium plus PACKAGE

This is a 3-year plan that includes the following:

  • Three on-site equipment service visits per year
  • 5% discount on Beverage Genius™ products and spare parts
