Warranty

1 or 2 Year Inclusive Warranty Terms and Conditions 

In keeping with its high standards of quality, The FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd & Beverage Genius (our trading name) provide consumer purchasers with up to two (2) years (from purchase date) Limited On Site Warranty for normal use only. This one (1) or two (2) year Limited Warranty is hereafter referred to as The Warranty Period and is subject to certain conditions (as outlined below). 

If a “Return to Supplier” warranty has been agreed and outlined in the purchase documentation the customer is solely responsible for the costs of transportation and the potential liability of goods in transit to and from the supplier’s premises 

When purchasing Equipment, documents will be issued before and on completion of the purchase outlining the warranty periods agreed for each unit sold, by default, if no warranty is disclosed in the documentation the default period will be 1 year from delivery. 

What the warranty covers 

The FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd and its trading business, Beverage Genius, will without charge, during The Warranty Period, repair or replace, at its option, any component part which is defective or that malfunctions when the machine is Inspected within the warranty period. 

Exclusions from warranty 

Every machine or component part returned to the FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd shall be examined. 

 Malfunctions, defects or failures of the machine or any component parts due to alterations made to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use of the machine for rental purposes or use not in accordance with the “Instruction Guide” provided with the machine are excluded under this Warranty. 

Any attempt to repair/tamper with the machine voids the Warranty. The warranty does not include a refund of the purchase price. 

Use of the machine for commercial purposes (other than rental) is covered by this Warranty for a period of 1 or 2 years only to the extent that malfunctions, defects, or failures of the machine or component parts are not due to alterations made to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use not in accordance with the “Instruction Guide” provided with the machine, or normal commercial wear and tear including but not limited to all service items such as taps, bowl or shaft seals, plastic components or the use of poor quality or bad preparation of products. 

Further limitations 

In no event shall The FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd or its trading company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with the purchase and use of the machine; including, without limitation, commercial loss or for any incidental expenses, damage from improper use of either machine or products used in the machine, loss of time, or inconvenience. The equipment must have a valid planned maintenance schedule which must be carried out in accordance with the Instruction guide. All daily checks of the equipment must be carried out in accordance with the Manufactures instructions and any food safety or current Health and Safety Legislation. Mobile Use of any machine in “Catering Van” locations NOT connected to mains voltage supplies will Void any remaining warranty. The FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd may request the service and maintenance records appertaining to the equipment before warranty repairs will be agreed. The FizzBang Beverage Company Ltd reserve the right to refuse warranty claims on Slush Machines if products other than Atomic Ice are used.
